A basic visit and diagnosis is typically LKR 1,500 - 2,500. Travel, repair time and parts may change the final cost, and an estimate is provided before repair.
Do you offer home visits and pickup or delivery?
Yes. Home visits and pickup or delivery are available around Colombo and nearby areas, depending on the device and location.
What areas do you cover?
Primary coverage is Colombo and nearby areas, including Ethul Kotte, Kotte, Maharagama and surrounding suburbs.
Do you offer monthly IT support contracts?
Yes. Monthly Business IT Care starts at LKR 7,500, with Growth at LKR 15,000 and Pro plans from LKR 25,000 per month.
Do you install licensed software?
DR TECH can install and configure legitimate software. Customers must provide or purchase any required licence; cracked software is not supplied.
